Greater Manchester Churches Together Assembly

Please could you advertise the Greater Manchester Churches Together Assembly throughout your Circuit. I've attached a flyer and poster.

The theme of the evening is 'Prayer and Action'. There will be a keynote address from Rachel Lampard of the Joint Public Issues Team (Churches Working for Peace and Justice), workshops on prayer and action from the perspective of different Christian traditions, and a time of worship together as we commit ourselves to prayer for the year ahead.

Please register in advance online so that catering plans can be finalised — there are two ticket types: with food (5pm arrival) or without food (arriving in time for a 6pm start). There is no charge for either ticket, but please register at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/greater-manchester-churches-together-annual-assembly-tickets-50263791353?aff=ebdssbdestsearch so we know you're coming and can send you further details as appropriate.

The District Partnership FundPreambleAs a result of the conversations in churches and circuits during the autumn, there have been commitments to be part of the fund from about half of the circuits in the district and a similar number of churches.
